Over 20 years of work experience in policy, planning, implementing and evaluating developmental projects and programs in education, health and environmental protection with UNICEF, World Bank Projects, Ministry of Education Liberia, Open Society Foundation, BigWin Philanthropy, Wild Chimpanzee Foundation, Mercy Corps, UN Women, UN Office of High Commission for Human Rights, Ministry of Health Liberia etc. Experience in designing and monitoring results-based programs with disbursement link measurements for reimbursement; Experience of working in and with diverse institutions including World Bank, United Nations, Global Partnership for Education, Private foundations, Governments, academic and educational institutions at the international, national and sub-national levels; Relevant skills in strategic planning, capacity development, system strengthening, editing and structuring national policy and planning instruments, rapid results assessments, analysis, research, program development and management, communication and negotiation skills; A certified international development program manager with experience in leading, managing and working with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in both developed and developing countries; Results driven with keen attention to details, a team player with full appreciation for cultural, social and religious diversity.
