Over 20 years of work experience in policy, planning, implementing and evaluating developmental projects and programs in education, health and environmental protection with UNICEF, World Bank Projects, Ministry of Education Liberia, Open Society Foundation, BigWin Philanthropy, Wild Chimpanzee Foundation, Mercy Corps, UN Women, UN Office of High Commission for Human Rights, Ministry of Health Liberia etc.
Experience in designing and monitoring results-based programs with disbursement link measurements for reimbursement;
Experience of working in and with diverse institutions including World Bank, United Nations, Global Partnership for Education, Private foundations, Governments, academic and educational institutions at the international, national and sub-national levels;
Relevant skills in strategic planning, capacity development, system strengthening, editing and structuring national policy and planning instruments, rapid results assessments, analysis, research, program development and management, communication and negotiation skills;

Fanta Kromah is a skilled finance and administrative assistant; she’s best known for her meticulous approach and organizational prowess. She has a background in accounting and economics. She plays a crucial role in maintaining financial reports and streamlining administrative processes. Fanta’s commitment to excellence extends beyond her daily responsibilities, as she actively seeks opportunities for process improvement and contributions to the overall efficiency of the team. David Teah Karmon
Research and Social Policy Consultant
David Teah Karmon is an economist with a specialty in development economics and monetary
economics. His research interests include poverty and rural development, early childhood
education, monetary policy, public debt and economic growth. He’s grounded in quantitative and
qualitative data analysis. He demonstrates practical leadership skills in working, challenges
established thinking, and has solid problem-solving skills.
At ADARA-RMC, he has led and supported several projects, including Early Childhood
Workforce Diagnostics in Gambia; Liberia Market Food Environment Assessment; the European
Union’s Roadmap for working with Civil Society Organizations in Liberia in 2020 and beyond; a
baseline study for the Liberia Employment and Entrepreneurship Program (LEEP); a Baseline
Survey on Supporting Effective Advocacy in Liberia (SEAL); and the Psychosocial Needs
Assessment Project for primary school children.
Dr. Maima K. Baysah
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Maima Kawah- Baysah is a doctor of medicine, a specialized pediatrician, with
a graduate diploma in nutrition, and a candidate of public health graduate degree from the
Liverpool John Moore University, Liverpool, England. Dr. Baysah has over 12 years of clinical
practice in general medicine and pediatric medicine. She also has over 7 years of relevant
experience in public health research, nutrition, policy, and immunization. She is served as
Technical Officer, COVID 19 Safety Monitoring WHO/AFRO, Consultant, nOPV2 Safety
Implementation in Liberia (WHO/CDC), temporary Advisor: COVID -19 Vaccines Safety
